Dr. Lauren Fowler grew up in Southwest Virginia and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. She then attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where she graduated at the top of her class as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. After dental school, she moved to Charleston and completed her
residency training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Medical University of South Carolina, serving as chief resident.
Dr. Lauren has a passion for delivering the highest level of care and for helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy and confident smile. She enjoys building relationships with patients of all ages, and has extensive experience working with kids! She strives to stay current with new technology and
materials, and regularly attends continuing education courses. She feels strongly about giving back to the community through local dental clinics and mission trips. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, South Carolina Dental Association, Coastal District
Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Lauren and her husband, Jason, reside in Mount Pleasant with their 2 young sons, Gray and George. In her free time, she enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, gardening, and exploring the Lowcountry by boat. They are members of Grace Church Cathedral downtown and love cheering on the Virginia Cavaliers and
Clemson Tigers!
